Mexico will sign an agreement to guarantee medicines and vaccines


This Wednesday, Mexico will sign the Acapulco declaration, signed between the regulatory agencies of the country, Colombia and Cuba, which will seek to guarantee more access to medicines and vaccines, in less time.

“It represents a dream that consolidates the transformation of regulatory systems towards self-sufficiency and sovereignty,” said the Head of the Federal Commission for Protection against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS), Alejandro Svarch.

“We work with Colombia and Cuba, two countries with agencies recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO),” he added.
