Ana Luisa “N” and Elida Yurith “N” were linked to a process for concealment and false statements regarding the location of the lifeless body of Debanhi Escobar, in Nuevo León, confirmed the State Attorney General’s Office.
The two women were employees of the Nueva Castilla motel where the body of the young woman was found, on April 21, 2022, and the judge in charge of the case considered that the grievances pointed out by her defense related to the link to the process of January 9 past, were unfounded.
For this reason, women must make a monthly signature, not leave the entity and the period for completing the complementary investigations will be three months.
Both women are the only people prosecuted, related to the murder and concealment of the body of Debanhi Escobar, who left her house on April 8, 2022 to go to a party, but did not return.
Ana Luisa “N” and Elida Yurith “N” They were the manager and receptionist of the motel located in the municipality of Escobedo, where several errands were carried out and after days of investigation they found Debanhi’s body at the bottom of a cistern that was apparently in disuse.
Debanhi Escobar left her home on April 8, 2022, but during the early hours of April 9, she was captured alone, after a taxi driver left her on the road.
A search began and more than thirty videos were reviewed to find the whereabouts of those responsible for the disappearance of the young woman, and on April 15, 2022, the prosecution offered a reward of 100,000 pesos to find the whereabouts of the young woman. .
There was a search on the grounds of a transport company where they saw her walking.
After the discovery of the body, the prosecution concluded that the death was due to a deep contusion of the skull, and in July of that same year they also affirmed that his death was caused by suffocation in its variety of respiratory orifice obstruction.
