The spirit of Paul Walker is still very present in the ‘Fast & Furious’ saga, and will do so more than ever in its tenth installment, which is coming to theaters very soon. The actor died in a car accident in 2013.and his character, Brian O’Conner, said goodbye to the ‘Full Throttle’ family in ‘Fast & Furious 7’ with the help of Walker’s brothers.
‘Fast & Furious X’ returns to pull the Walker family to pay tribute to him. Meadow Walker, daughter of the actor, has posted on Instagram a screenshot of the director Louis Leterrier in which she is seen recording a cameo For the movie.
In the message that accompanies the image, Meadow Walker reviews her story with the family headed by Vin Diesel:
“The first ‘Fast’ came out when I was only one year old. I grew up on set watching my dad, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris and more on the monitors. Thanks to my dad, I was born into the Fast family. I can’t believe that now I can be a part of it too. With those who have been around me watching me grow. Thank you, Louis Leterrier, for your kindness, patience, and support. It feels like you’ve been part of the family since it started, and I’m glad it’s only the beginning. A special message to my father’s best friend and now my best friend, Brandon Brirtell (producer), this would not have been possible without you. I feel so lucky to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share this with him forever.”
The beginning of the end
We will see Meadow Walker in a scene on a plane, in the tenth movie of the action saga, which hits theaters May 19. It will be the beginning of the end, with ‘Fast & Furious 10: Part 2’ closing the main story in theaters in 2025.
Vin Diesel recently said that I couldn’t conceive of a closure without a farewell for Brian O’Conner as God intended. Meadow Walker’s cameo is definitely a great way to pay tribute to him. Diesel has responded to Walker’s post with a praying hands emoji.
