INAI: Court orders that the Senate convene an extraordinary meeting to appoint a commissioner

Mariana Calderón, General Director of the National Council for Strategic Litigation, explained that a court determined that the Senate of the Republic must convene a special period of sessions to appoint one of the three commissioners of the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (Inai).
